As long as the doctor says thats okay consider yourself LUCKY…I’m lucky if I get my dd to stay asleep even during a nap.

let her sleep no longerthan 3 hours u need to feed her every three hours atleast.. its all normal for her to stay up for 2 hrs only. shes still a new born….use that time to rest. Soon enough you’ll b missing all the extra time to do nothing,,

My 3 week old was the same, she slept sooooo much. I had to wake her up to eat all the time! They slowly slowly start staying awake for longer periods of time, I think that by 3 months I got a few good hours out of the kid, and now at 6 months she is awake lots!

I wish I could give you an exact timeline, but they are all different, but I would say that in another month or so you’ll definitely notice a little bit of improvement!

my god, sounds good to me!!
when my boys were that age it seemed like they slept for 2 hrs and fed for 22.
use this time to rest, she will soon have you on your feet 24/7

Babies need rest when thier so young its good for them they grow in thier sleep=) You cant really play to much with a baby that small but it is nice to talk to your baby and hear the cooing and all different things they do. Wait till your baby gets older you will have plenty of fun. [ my son is 5 monthes never sleeps but he is wonderful & fun to play with ]
