Wait till your baby gets older you will have plenty of fun. I had to wake her up to eat all the time! They slowly slowly start staying awake for longer periods of time, I think that by 3 months I got a few good hours out of the kid, and now at 6 months she is awake lots! I wish I could give you an exact timeline, but they are all different, but I would say that in another month or so you'll definitely notice a little bit of improvement! My 3 week old was the same, she slept sooooo much. I had to wake her up to eat all the time! They slowly slowly start staying awake for longer periods of time, I think that by 3 months I got a few good hours out of the kid, and now at 6 months she is awake lots!
